The room was clean with a/c and the overall experience was nice. Had nice facilities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. The location was good and absolutely perfect and we were in front of eateries and restaurants...

The staff were helpful and affable throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the monorail, SOGO shopping mall, free public bus transport, and shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed the arrangement of my triple room, which provided great value for the money. The room had air conditioning, a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Proximity of the shops, the market. Convenient but you have to be content with little. Adventure mode. Corresponds to the price.
Street noises. Hygiene is not good.

internet, we were there during the hari raja, therefore very lively quarter. our room was in the back, therefore quiet to sleep. well located, everything quickly accessible, by train, bus or grave. room met the expectations... friendly staff available around the clock.
twice they forgot to change the towels, on request at the information desk everything was done quickly.

hotel is well located and staff was very friendly. We were well situated for transport and also for eating in small stoles and shopping in the small supermarket called plaza.
I didn't have a window in my room.
